नमस्कार दोस्तों, मेरे आज का विषय है मेहनत, आजकल हर कोई अपने दैनिक जीवन में कड़ी मेहनत करता है और अपने परिवार की देखभाल करता है। काम कोई भी हो, हर काम में मेहनत लगती है।चाहे वो खेल हो,फिल्म
बनाना ,मजदूरी हो,ऑफिस का काम हो हर काम में मेहनत लगती है,। आजकल के समय में कोई सड़क के पत्थर तोड़कर मजदूर का काम करता है तो कुछ बड़ी कम्पनी में ऑफिस का काम करके पैसा कमाते हैं। आजकल हर कोई एक ही तरह से लगातार काम करता है। कार्यकर्ता यह नहीं सोचता कि मैं वह काम कैसे कर सकता हूं। मैं यह नहीं कह रहा हूं कि काम मत करो। मैं जो कहने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं, अपने बॉस से काम ले लो, लेकिन आप किसी अन्य लोगों की तरह काम नहीं करते हैं, लेकिन आप लोगों को काम करते हुए देखते हैं और सोचते हैं कि आप किस तरीके का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं ताकि वह काम उनसे तेज और स्पष्ट हो। अगर किसी गांव में पानी नहीं होगा तो आम आदमी होगा तो बर्तन में पानी ढोने लगेगा, लेकिन दिमाग का इस्तेमाल करेंगे तो पाइप निकलेगा. जिससे पूरे गांव में पानी की समस्या नहीं होगी।उदाहरण के तौर पर
आज के बड़े -बड़े लोग जैसे मुकेश अम्बानी ,सचिन
तेंदुलकर ,क्रिस्टिआनो रोनाल्डो ,रतन टाटा,अजीम प्रेमजी इन सभी ने अपने काम का नया
तरीका उपयोग किया और कामयाबी की बुलंदियों को छुआ।कुल मिलकर हम कह सकते हैं कि एक अच्छी
कार्यशैली और आपकी मेहनत आपको तरक्की की और ले जाती है।

today's topic is hard work, nowadays everyone works hard in their daily life
and takes care of their family. Whatever be the work, every work takes hard
work. Be it sports, film making, wages, office work, every work takes hard
work. In today's time, someone works as a laborer by breaking road stones,
while some earn money by doing office work in a big company. Nowadays everyone
works consistently in the same way. The worker doesn't think how can I do that
work. I'm not saying don't work. What I'm trying to say is take work from your
boss but you don't act like any other people but you watch people work and
think what methods you can use so that Make that work faster and clearer than
them. If there is no water in any village, then there will be a common man,
then he will start carrying water in the vessel, but if he uses the brain, then
the pipe will come out. Due to which there will be no problem of water in the
whole village.For example, today's big people like Mukesh Ambani, Sachin Tendulkar,
Cristiano Rolando, Ratan Tata, Azim Premji all used their new way of work
and touched the heights of success. Overall we can say that one Good working
style and your hard work takes you towards progress.
